Content Strategy Manager

Job Duties:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive brand & content strategies aligned with new and existing clients’ business goals, target audiences, and industry trends.
  • Develop and manage social & editorial calendars ideas, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing campaigns and client milestones.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to understand target demographics, behaviors, and preferences, informing content strategy decisions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all content, maintaining brand identity and strengthening client branding.
  • Understanding brand development and architecture.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in leading the development of strategies and content plans.
  • Leadership skills to guide a team of content strategists and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to understand and align content strategies with clients’ business goals and expectations.
  • Proficient in analyzing research findings and translating them into actionable content strategy decisions.
  • Expertise in creating proposals to prospective clients.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) to evaluate the impact of content on various social platforms.
  • Proven ability to strengthen client branding through effective content management.
  • Ability to use data insights to refine and optimize content strategies for better results.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and client management.
