Ajmal Makan appointed us to design and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales activation strategy for their latest project phase.
 The scope of work included:
  • Developing and executing a full digital marketing and lead generation plan.
  • Managing a complete PR strategy including influencer marketing and media relations.
  • Planning and delivering a 3-day high-profile sales event at The Meydan Hotel.
  • Creating and executing a full broker engagement and onboarding program to maximize outreach and sales.

A multi-channel, high-impact activation plan was deployed:
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
We developed a targeted digital strategy including high-conversion landing pages, paid media campaigns (social media, search, and display), retargeting funnels, and CRM integrations. This ensured a steady pipeline of qualified leads before, during, and after the sales event.
  • PR & Influencer Management:
A full PR roadmap was crafted, positioning Ajmal Makan prominently across major real estate, business, and lifestyle media. Selected regional influencers were engaged to create authentic buzz and drive traffic to the event and digital platforms, amplifying project visibility.
  • Sales Event at The Meydan Hotel:
