Project Overview

Arabian Hills is a prestigious residential community offering expansive plots and luxury living in one of the region’s most promising growth corridors. Developed by Arabian Hills, the project was designed to redefine premium suburban living with a blend of modern amenities, natural landscapes, and a community-first philosophy.

Client Requests

Arabian Hills appointed us to manage the grand launch of Phase 2, with the launch event and broker management executed in collaboration with DECA Properties.
The scope of work included:
  • Full-scale event planning and production.
  • Broker engagement and management strategy.
  • PR management and media relations.
  • Social media campaign development and execution.
  • Securing broad media coverage before, during, and after the event.
  • Entertainment programming featuring international superstars to elevate the experience.

Execution

We delivered a comprehensive and high-energy launch campaign, highlighted by a spectacular event:
  • Launch Event:
Hosted at the Jumierah Beach Hotel, the Phase 2 launch featured world-class entertainment, headlined by Arab music legend Ragheb Alama and internationally renowned performers Gipsy Kings, creating a memorable evening for brokers, investors, and VIP guests.
  • Broker Management:
In collaboration with DECA Properties, we executed a full broker engagement strategy, including personalized invitations for over 1700 Brokers, on-site registration and relationship management.
  • PR Management:
A strategic PR plan was developed and executed, including pre-event press releases, media coordination during the event, and extensive post-event coverage across leading real estate, business, and lifestyle outlets.
  • Social Media Launch:
A dynamic social media campaign built excitement before the event, provided real-time coverage during the performances, and amplified post-event highlights, resulting in high audience engagement and brand reach.
  • Media Coverage:
Proactive media outreach and curated storytelling positioned Arabian Hills Phase 2 as one of the year’s landmark property launches, generating widespread attention and reinforcing the project's premium market positioning.
